Over 20 years of experience across Human Resources with deep expertise in Total Rewards, HR Technology and global programme delivery. As co-author of the HR Prism© Framework, she champions the use of structured assessment and continuous improvement to help HR organisations realise their full potential.
Retired as VP & Head-HR from Larsen & Toubro Heavy Engineering. With 50 years of career spanning engineering, business and HR leadership across core sectors, his vast technical and business experience and passion for people place him in a unique position as an assessor for the HR Excellence Model.
Senior HR and Industrial Relations professional with over 43 years of experience across engineering, infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. He has successfully led large-scale restructuring, workforce transformation and global HR initiatives across India and international markets.
